3D hardware operation statistics

Rasterization statistics
Number of points drawn using 3D hardware: 0
Number of lines drawn using 3D hardware: 0
Number of triangles drawn using 3D hardware: 0
Number of quads drawn using 3D hardware: 5108
It does seem to be using the hardware, but all demos run at 1/10th the speed
of what it did with V2
